One token is a single basic edit or generation in any AI service of the Kapustin ecosystem. Complex operations may spend multiple tokens; the exact cost is shown before each run.
Do purchased tokens expire
No. Purchased token packages never expire — they stay on your balance until used. Only bonus tokens granted as part of monthly subscriptions to individual services can expire.
Can I get a refund
Yes, within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided you've used no more than 20% of the package tokens. See the Refund Policy page for details.
What payment methods
Russian bank cards Visa, MasterCard, MIR via T-Bank acquiring. Payment happens on the secure T-Bank page — we don't store card data.
Are foreign cards accepted
Currently only Russian cards via T-Bank. Foreign card support will come later.
